What is the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?
The CDCP is a federally funded program designed to reduce financial barriers to dental care for Canadian residents who:
- Do not have dental insurance
- Have a household income under $90,000
The plan covers a wide range of services, including:

Who is Eligible for the CDCP?
To qualify, you must:
- Not have access to dental insurance
- Have an adjusted family net income under $90,000

- Have filed your taxes for the previous year
Important: Annual Renewal Required
To continue receiving coverage, you must renew your CDCP coverage every year. Coverage is valid for one year.
Renewal deadline: June 1st each year
